Screen protector and cover

I ordered and received my iPhone 13 10 days ago. At the same time I ordered my apple insurance. I was told this comes with a screen protector and cover and that I am due this. I still have not received it and when I call customer services they say it is not something they can track but I will be receiving it. When will I get my screen protector and cover??

 

The insurance is active.

Yes they did confirm it was. 🙂 And that it was not something they could track.

they couldn’t track its arrival* but they can see I am due it.
