Out of contract

HI EE

I am out of contract.. finished the beginning of October. Since taking out the contract 2 years ago I have moved to Dubai and no longer need such a high priced contract or even this phone.

I want to keep my existing mob, don’t need mins and just use the number and mob just in case.. please advise what is best to do? I can’t call as it will cost to much so please email.. thanks

You can leave it as it is and continue paying what you pay now.

You can upgrade to a sim only which you can do online.

But if you want to move to a PAYG you need to call to give 30 days notice.

This can't be done online or via email.

Neither does EE have an email address anyway.
