My partner and I have ordered our upgrades on 28/2/22 (iPhone 13 and 13 pro), we have had conformation emails on the same date but neither of our emails have an order number. We were told the phones would be delivered on the 2/3/22 but we would receive a txt or email to confirm this with DPD. Unfortunately we have not received anything and can’t track the orders online as we have received no order number…….

If you cannot use EE order tracking then call EE CS on 150 and speak to someone to find out your order status. There is no account access on these forums.
