No order confirmation

I ordered the Phone 16 Pro Max from EE. They took the deposit from my account but I didn't received any email confirmation or any communication from EE, not Even a refund. I keep trying to contact them but it's impossible without the tracking number that I didn't Receive

How was the order placed? Was it online or over the phone?

When did you place the order?

Is the upfront cost showing as cleared from your bank or is it a pending payment?
