New sim- different number?

Daft question! If I order an extra SIM for my daughter’s new (to her) iPhone, will it be a different phone number than my own?

Yes it will. Any additional SIM will have its own payment plan, even if you add it to your existing billing account.

You cannot have 2 SIMs with the same phone number.
