New iPhone ordered but no confirmation

Hi

ordered a new iPhone 15 Pro Max yesterday on line with EE but had no confirmation that order has been accepted, I am happy with the 28 day wait, all I need is acknowledgment that my order has been accepted is this the norm ??

I would contact them i have had 2 orders disappear from the system i had order confirmation for both of them and upfront payments taken now i have to wait 7-14 days to get my money back spoke to someone who re ordered it over live chat yesterday and dpd are delivering it today didnt even know dpd deliver on sundays was told on live chat there has been a big problem with the website after she did the order manually everything has gone smoothly

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
