I Phone 12promax ordered yesterday !!! Still hasn’t been dispatched due for delivery tomorrow . 
Any one had this same problem ?

I’ve been waiting for mine since 24th Oct... been sat at order confirmed with no updates from EE.

24th October that not good so what have they said the hold up was . Have you called them or visited the store I been told it’s in stock .

What the chances of the phone still coming tomorrow even if the tracking still hasn’t been dispatched

I’ve been on EE chat with them twice, one was with an operator with very poor English saying I could expect the phone ‘anttime’ which was the 26th Oct I asked when it would be despatched, the second was 5th nov, absolutely nothing from EE other than that. Order not changed status at all since order date went in. I wouldn’t have been as annoyed if they’d just said ‘no stock and longer than usual delivery etc’  rather than telling me in stock which it still says today.
