HBO not working

I have TNT sport included in my phone contract yet now it has become HBO I can’t seem to get onto it. There is no activate button on my ee anywhere and when I type my email username into the HBO max app it says account doesn’t exist ? How do I get access to this as I am paying for it ?

Welcome to the EE Community

If you have TNT Sports as part of your mobile package and previously created a discovery+ account to use, then you should not need to activate anything or create a new account, you should be able to login to HBO Max using the same email address and password. 

In case you may have originally used a different email with discovery+ I would double check that by loading up discovery+ app on your phone, hitting the profile button and then Account and it will show the email in use there. Then try logging in to HBO Max here

If you hadnt previously activated your subscription prior to the move to HBO Max that is when it would need to be activated here
