Hello, I am trying to activate my esim but I do not have any signal on my old SIM card to revive the text with the code for activation. Please help !

Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you received the eSIM?
If so, and you have WiFi connection can you try the below steps:
go into Settings > Mobile Data
select Add Data Plan
use your camera to scan the QR code on your eSIM pack and once recognised you can confirm by pressing the Add Data Plan button

I had the same problem this week.
Had a chat with the EE tech team, they could see my number (esim) as active, but it wasn’t working my end. While on the phone to them, I switched my number from primary line to secondary line and for some reason it started to work.
I’m using an iphone 12 pro.
