I currently have a physical sim and am trying to change it to an eSIM for a new phone. There is no option available to do this on the EE website or app. I can only order a new physical SIM card which won’t work on my new device.  Anyone had this issue before?

@Hpat2004   eSIMs are only supported if you’re a contract customer. At present EE do not offer eSIM if you are a PAYG customer. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
