EE App and paying bill

Hi,

I just received a text that my bill is ready to pay, so i log on to the app and tells me what bill is.  So i press pay bill and takes me through to website, but when i get there is state 0.00 due.  This has happened since January which made one of my bills being paid late as i still paid it and went to attached account for my sons mobile, so his now in credit and i had to repay the bill again to clear mine as would of took days for me to received the refund and as letter to say my services would be cancelled if did not pay straight away.  I just gone to pay again and states it all again, the app has been deleted from phone and reinstated, but still stating i have zero outstanding.

 

Need help, but in meantime i will ring to make payment as don't want my credit history to be effected even more from last time.

I am sorry to hear this is happening with your EE account. 

If you give us a call on 150 our mobile guides can get the EE account looked into and raise a support ticket if needed to get this sorted.
