Is that acceptable? 30 min ago collected this iPhone in grey parcel bag from EE store. At one point, I thought there was no iPhone inside because the sticker from top had already been peeled off.

Hi @maxon_uk

If you think any of the equipment is missing or damaged, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team so that they can log it against your account and organise a return.

@maxon_uk , that is ok, as they sometimes open them to check I have read somewhere else in the forums, slo no need to worry, especially if the rest of it is ok, as they do random checks so should just have opened the box, or could be that one was returned, as have changed their minds.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I don't think this is ok. The OP has paid for a new phone and should receive goods in the condition as expected, which includes packaging. It might seem trivial, but as a paying customer, the privilege of opening the box is theirs alone. The box is also damaged, which will hurt any resale value if they choose to sell it at the end of their contract.

I would be requesting a new device or, if not provided, cancelling my contract.
