When I am asking they said no issue with my area, but sorry I cant use it,because no connection here.

@Khubson   Do you have any remaining data allowance ?  What does your account say ?  You can also text BALANCE to 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Can you be more specific on what you've tried by means of troubleshooting so far? We don't know what the store suggested you try, and it'll be easier than duplicating suggestions.

My first questions would be whether your phone is showing network coverage, and whether you can make/receive calls or send/receive texts?

Sorry if I wrote anything unclearly — I’ve just been very distressed for the past two days.I went to the EE store, they checked the coverage in my area and told me there was no issue, but that they would perform a reset and I would receive a message the same day or the next day telling me when I should turn off my phone. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any message.Today I called and spoke to an operator, whose instructions I followed precisely: General → Mobile Services → Network Selection → turn off/turn on Automatic Provider. The next step I took was Reset Network Settings.I did everything exactly as the lady instructed, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved. The system shows no coverage issue in my area, but the fact is I have been living in this apartment for 2 years without any problems — and now the phone has no signal at all. It sometimes shows 1–2 bars as if it catches the network, the internet indicator shows 4G–5G, but I can’t make or receive calls, can’t send or receive messages, and I can’t actually use the internet. Thanks

It also shows in the EE app that there are no coverage issues in the area.

If your phone has no coverage, then there's your underlying issue and I doubt any resets are likely to make much difference.

When you did a manual network search, did EE show as available?

Regardless of the answer, you can use WiFi-calling to enable continued use of your phone for calls & texts without needing network coverage.

Yes, EE was available.

It works fine and without any issues outside. The problem appears as soon as I enter the apartment. This problem didn’t exist for 2 years, and it started about a month ago.
