Change my plan for Apple Watch

I have just upgraded my Apple Watch to a newer model but on my EE account it still shows my older model. How to I switch from this to my new watch? Thanks

I would not worry about that, it is just cosmetic and should change in time, so long as your new Apple Watch is working ok and on the watch itself is showing that the cellular is working ok when not close to the IPhone, then everything is ok.
