I’ve just changed to EE and am not very phone savvy. I have EU roaming within package. I’m ijust come to Spain and when trying to call UK my phone says unable to connect at the moment.  Any advice please. Thank you

Hi @Davidscrafton,

I hope you're having a great time in Spain.

I can imagine it's worrying when you're unable to connect your phone to make calls.

Are you able to send and receive text messages?

I'd recommend restarting your phone, turning it off completely for 30 seconds, then turning it back on, as this can force it to reconnect to the local Spanish network.

@Davidscrafton , did you make sure that roaming is enabled on your account before going abroad?
