Apple Watch but didn’t give me my data

I lost my watch and got sent out a new one but they sent a new one out but without the data I had ?

There are a few steps you need to complete when setting up a new watch with an existing data plan. 

I'd recommend checking out this thread we've seen in the past that gives a few details on what to do 😊

 @JJmc91   If this was an insurance replacement you’ll need to call customer support so your watch tariff can be added to the new replacement watch.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
