Hi,
I’m trying to enable my data plan for my new Apple Watch but running into problems.
When I select ‘Mobile Data’ and then select ‘Set Up Mobile Data’ I get a screen on my iPhone saying ‘Please wait while the page is loading…. This should only take a few seconds to complete.
This then results in an error ‘ Connection Failed’. This all via EE 4G network.
Is this something anyone else has faced? Just looking to understand my next step? Thanks

I suggest speaking with our technical support team so they can continue with their troubleshooting. Hopefully they can get to the bottom of it soon for you.
