Hi, ordered an Apple Watch 11, but order updates have been going to the watch number instead of my main EE number. DPD delivery came to deliver but wouldn’t deliver because didn't have the PIN. On checking they have the wrong number on the order. Please can you advise how I can get the correct mobile number added to the order to ensure I can get the delivery tomorrow when they re-attempt.

I would suggest ringing customer service to make sure that the correct number is used. Also download the DPD app and make sure that the correct details are on there, you will receive the PIN number via the DPD app.

Thanks, I contacted customer services and they said they cannot change the number. I’ve registered with the DPD app and hopefully that will work.
