Did you mean:

Apple TV stopped working

For some reason I no longer have access to Apple TV even though it’s one of my smart options. I had access a couple of days ago but now it just asks me to subscribe. Nothing has changed and all systems are running the latest versions of software. How do I get Apple TV back?

@Piglet73  Try removing it as a smart benefit then reapply it.

Hi @Piglet73 ,

Did you have it free for six months and now that six months has ended?

There is no time limit on it and it’s only been active for a month.

I don’t want to swap Apple TV smart benefit for anything else because I have to wait 30 days before being able to swap it back, I just want it to work again.

It may be a good idea to check with Apple whether your Apple ID has been successfully registered against your Smart Benefit or whether something has hiccuped and fallen off.

Once you have Apple's view of the situation, you may be able to coordinate with EE to get things working again.
