Apple TV+ Activation

Hi, I’m a new EE customer, trying to activate the Apple TV+ Smart Benefit.

I’ve sent “TVPLUS” by text to 150 on my EE device, and received a Redemption link to follow.

On following the link, i’m met with the message “We’re sorry, the offer you’re trying to access is no longer active. Please try again later”. (See screen grab below).

can you advise how i go about activating this?

If you log into your My EE app and go to add-ons, do you have Apple TV showing?

Did you get this resolved? I’ve just taken a Business Full Works plan which should have Apple TV and Arcade but get the same offer expired webpage. I suspect this is something that ‘expired’ on EEs systems at the end of 2021 and needs to be updated to allow people to activate?
