3 ESIMS on 1 account 2 are I watches and 1 needs watch replacing

I currently have on my account.

1 Iphone 14 pro Max on phone ESIM - correct number attached

1 Apple watch series 5 on ESIM on watch

1 Apple watch series 5 EISM on watch to be replaced with series 8 which is my wife's watch.

My problem lies in the fact for some reason we had to set up both watch on my lead account and not on the account attached to her EE Iphone number.

This has led to two ESIEM numbers on the account and no way of locating which number relates to which phone- calling the numbers obviously does nothing as they are linked to our primary IPhone numbers-

google has revealed a way of using setting/about on the watch but only if carriers provide that information- most USA carriers do this but ALAS EE don't.

You would think just going through the setup process of swapping the watch over via apple setup would solve this but when it comes to mobile data it says we need to contact 150 and code 003... which involves a painful phone call and as usual confusion over who they can and can't speak to as its her watch and won't be with me all day but the ESIM's are on my primary account-

if anyone can tell me a way of using the ICI or EMI data to figure out which SIM is which it would be amazing as apparently the fix seems to be deleting the ESIM for the watch and starting again... people like Three have a new device process without having to do all this which is a shame EE can't be as simple 😐

Cheers

CHris

Hi there @BaroNUK

Thanks for coming here.

If you give us a call on 150 the team will have a look into the eSIM's for you and see if they can help locate which eSIM is for the device.

Thanks.

Leanne.
