Who do we speak to in EE for bubbling beginning to appear on my device? 

In store or by telephone?

I won't be happy if someone says its a Samsung issue. I never bought the phone off Samsung, any steer in directing be much appreciated.

Same issue! The screen hasn't even lasted 7 months and now I've been told I have to pay £339 to replace the screen because there is a small scratch on the casing (NO WHERE NEAR THE SCREEN!) It's a con. This is the second phone wear the screen has peeled off and I'm stuck in a 24 month contract. Really not happy!
