Replacement phone

hi 

 I gave gotva replacement phone due to arrive soon as mine is damaged. it is being delivered buy dpd. do they need to take my damaged one when they delivered the new or can I send it back once I have transferred my stuff over.

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

If this is an insurance replacement, DPD will need the phone back when they arrive with your replacement. 

If you can back up all your data before they arrive and please remove the SIM card and any memory card.
