I have just upgraded the sim only on my galaxy note 9 and now the phone keeps cliching ie answering but then cutting off and the volume of my ring tone is very low even on maximum settings

@Cm58 The volume on your device has nothing to do with the sim.
Have you restarted the device since the account change of your sim only ?

When you mention about "upgrading the SIM only", do you mean you changed your payment plan?
If so, that is entirely an account-based change and won't have any impact on how your SIM operates.

Thanks for the advice and I know it was weird but the problems where caused by the upgrade which I agree should not have caused any problems I did try and the solution offered by Ee and the community but the solution was actually a new SIM card. I know that’s not supposed to happen but in this case it did but since I got the brand new sim and installed it everything is fine now
