Network Unlock Issues

Hey All

I bought this Samsung A70 phone yesterday in a rush via FB market group; it seems in good order & I was very impressed by the young couple who sold it to me; so much so that I forgot to check if it was unlocked (which is the 1 thing I was after)... long story short: got home, phone is locked to EE according to their very final message to me... plus they also sent a ee unlock code & a unfreeze code as a single 16 digit, just before they blocked me on FB. By not fully understanding, I entered all 16 digits in 2 attempts to unluck, & it now says: mck blocked due to too many attempts?

Any Wise Solutions would be very welcome.

Thank you

Joe

You can't be too sure with unofficial unlocking sites. They either can't do it or it's not permanent.

You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.

Oh thank you so much; I did not expect such quick response.... BTW I tried unlocking via an online service yesterday,  but the refunded me after 24 hours, stating they were unable to. But I'll try your link too. Very much appreciated; I'll feedback.

Cheers 🙂
