I damaged my old phone resulting in only half the screen working. I requested the data was backed up but when I've synced my new phone I have lost all my recent photos. Is there any way of getting my photos back? As my new phone came through the insurance you have to hand in your damaged phone before they give you a new one.
Well I think I backed it all up through settings however half the screen was black so I'm 90% sure that all the options were ticked so it backed up photos too!
If so, I'm sorry, if these have not downloaded for you it seems they may not have been backed up and we would not be able to return your old phone that has been replaced.
Its a shame I couldn't do the smart switch with the new phone. Is there a way I can tell my phone to restore data again just incase it hasn't all downloaded?
