Charger I have upgradered my aggreement and did not get a charger

I have recently upgraded my agreement and did not receive a phone charger  I was told that EE did not supply them anymore.

When I read my insurance policy it states it covers phone chargers.

@kevin656   Your insurance is just that it’s insurance and some devices do come with a charger supplied by the manufacturer and EE isn’t the manufacturer.  Your insurance covers a charger is the device is supplied with a charger by the manufacturer.

Hello 

When I upgraded my Phone to a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 23 I had to buy a Samsung Official USB C Plug but was a USB C to USB C cable was in the box.
