You can contact EE-CS on 07953 966150 from any working phone, they can arrange a replacement SIM sent by second-class post.
Your other option is to visit an EE Retail store with photographic ID and they can supply a replacement SIM on-the-spot.
There's no access to individual customer accounts on this public forum.
