Blank screen

Hi

I have a s9 on a sim only deal. Charge it overnight and now the screen is blank and I cant access my phone.......how do I access it and or get my contacts off?

@NigeT26  .. have you tried the forced restart?  Press and hold the volume down button and the power button together for about 10 seconds.
