Changing direct debit date - stuck

I'm trying to change my DD date on the app but it just keeps sending me to the help article, and when I follow the instructions I still can't get to the right section. Any help??

Porting to a long standing account

I've had a number with EE for many years. I want to port a number from my long standing Vodaphone payg. Will EE accept it or is there a time limit after opening an account?
