its been three weeks since i ordered a sim card for a new contract on EE and still dont have my sim card is it possible to cancel this whole thing?

The SIM should have arrive within around four working days. To discuss cancelling, you'll need to speak with our Mobile Care team so they can check your account status and look into it.
