I spoke to customer service yesterday morning about bringing my old number to EE, gave them the pac code & was told it would be done by today,
how long has people had to wait for this to be completed, don’t want to be carrying around 2 phone’s while at work until sorted

Have you received text confirmation that your port-in has been completed?
I'd recommend calling EE C/S on 150 tomorrow, they will have access to your individual account and can check further.

@bristolian Hi I’ve just spoke to customer service there has been a problem with the PAC code being accepted but it should be sorted tomorrow or by Saturday at the latest
