I have tried for a week already to change/ upgrade from 10£ pack to 15£ pack. When i’m trying to pay, it shows me an error: “Something went wrong and we can’t complete your request right now. Please try again later.”
What i can do to fix this and change my pack?

@milevalexandru : Have you stopped your current pack by texting STOP PACK to 150?
Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.

No, i didn’t stopped the pack subscription by text message. I tried to upgrade the 15£ pack when pack 10£ was active.
When i saw that is not working i canceled the subscription on pack 10£ using web account..
