Hi @MaddysDad ,

If you do a search online for how to reboot your model of phone when it becomes unresponsive, it should be quite easy to find.

Usually it will be something like depressing the power button until the phone switches off, wait a few seconds, and switch on again.

You probably want to wait a reasonable period of time to ensure it's not doing something important in the background.
