Apple Watch S7

Hi,

I am considering whether to buy an Apple Watch outright and get a data plan with EE for the fee of £7 a month or get it as an add on and pay £28 a month.

A couple of questions:

1. If I buy it outright and then buy a plan will I need a completely different number for people to call/text my watch?

2. If I add it on I understand this is a 24 month contract, what happens at the end of this with regards to cost? and again if it goes to the £7 a month tariff will I need a new and separate number?

@Rot1  No to both it’s not a different number to your iPhone,  the watch it’s linked at account level so when your phone rings your watch will ring even if you leave the phone at home.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Just to add to the advice from @Chris_B, at the end of the 24 month contract, you would need to call us and change to the 30-day data plan.
