1. Ordered on 19th December, phone up with no information as to how long will be and ask for best deal on different device for having to wait so long and just get usual amount

Used to work for ee so know more can be done

@Funky_Sobashka  As there is a chip shortage waiting times are going to be longer. Until Samsung can ship a device to EE that can be allocated to you it’s just a case of waiting.   If you want a different device you’ll have to cancel your order.   Thinking you can have a better deal because you’ve been waiting longer than you think you should when it’s not EEs fault when it’s down to manufacture isn’t going to happen.

At time of ordering was 28 days but now to be given no timeline...

@Funky_Sobashka   That’s because EE have to wait on Samsung.  It also usually dispatched in 28 days, that doesn’t mean it will be or can be.
