Order Tracking

I upgraded to apple iPhone 13 pro max 2 days ago, was told on the phone deliveries usually take a couple of days.

I've paid the handset fee and received confirmation email but my order hasn't been dispatched yet so can't be tracked. I had read people being advised to download dpd app to track orders too but no information on there as waiting for the phone to be dispatched.

When can I expect a delivery of my phone? (just wanting a time frame)

Which colour and memory size did you order?

DPD will send you a text when your order is ready to be delivered.

I understand I will recieve tracking, just wanting an estimated delivery date such as 2 days, 14 days etc.

The current guidance is to expect despatch within 7 days of ordering.
