Reactivate a deactivated EE perk account

How do I reactivate a deactivated EE perk account please? I can see other members have asked this but the solution seems to be via PM, thanks

To get your account reset we would need some personal details from you in a private message, however, you don't have private messages set up on the community at the moment for me to send this to you.
