Hi,
I am also having the same problem as above.
cannot log into account as it says it’s been deactivated as wasn’t activated in the allowed time.
I have reset password, no joy, I have tried re-registering and still no joy.
please could someone look into this for me please. As I am looking to upgrade asap.
