I recently upgraded my phone and my perk discount has been accepted but I can’t find where or how to enter the discount code it has generated. Any ideas?

Discount codes may only be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading, not mid-term.

It was part of an upgrade but took a few days for me to receive the actual discount code.

No, you've already completed  the upgrade. You are no longer at Point of Sale.

What is the EE Perk discount and how do I get it? :

This discount can only be applied during an upgrade or when you sign up to EE - not partway through a contract

in all buying methods aforementioned.

  • enter your unique discount under “Got a Voucher” once in the shopping basket screen
  • make the store advisor aware of your code, before processing your order
  • Provide your discount code to a member of our support team before processing the order
