I have a 30% discount voucher but the 'add voucher' option doesn't appear to be live when going through with an upgrade

You must be buying a plan that is already discounted. You can't apply 2 discounts to the same sale.

Thank you. I've tried various phones but they're all the same. Maybe I'll wait a couple of weeks for the S22 to arrive and see what happens then.

Just a thought Leanne. What if I was to pay my contract up early ? Maybe not now but closer to the official end ?
Would I be able to use the voucher then ?
