I have the BT sport ad on package with my ee phone. I was told that I can use BT sport on the big screen but every time I try to use on in the tv it says I need to upgrade my subscription. Please can someone help.

Do you have BT Sport as a smart benefit? Are you able to log in and watch it on your device?

Hi Chris,

Yes, I have it as one of my smart benefits and I can watch it on my device. I was told when I got the smart benefit that I can only watch it on one screen, but I can log into my account on the tv and watch it. Every time I try to log in on the tv it says I need to upgrade my subscription.

Please can you confirm if my smart benefit includes watching bt sport on the big screen.

The BT Sport Smart Benefit doesn't include large screen access and only allows you to watch it on the mobile device itself. To upgrade to large screen, text SPORT to 150 and follow the options.

From looking through the BT website, I believe it's two devices simultaneously.
