Hi I've had an add to item (sony headphones) for about 6 months now and recently they have been playing up. Only responding and turning on when they feel like it. I was just wondering if anyone knew where I stood with rights ect and if I am able to swap for a replacement as I'm still paying for an item that isn't working. Thanks
