Hi there , I upgraded from sim only to a new iphone7 plus contract on Friday last week, unfortunately I cancelled couple of hours after by calling 150 and the respsentative says all done. Yesterday got small letter from DPD missing me for iPhone parcel , same day yesterday again called 150 to cancel and return iPhone from DPD to EE , but still my account shows me u am a new upgraded customer,, HELP

Are you able to track the device?

 

Once this has been received back at the warehouse it will be scanned in and you will be notified, your account will then be reverted back to your original SIM Only.
