Upgrade

Recieved my experia upgrade today but no ps4 or no mention of it,confused as to will i be getting it.

The best thing I can suggest is contacting 150 from your EE mobile.

They will advise on what you can do & What's the best steps to take from here.

 

Customer service opening hours:

8am - 9pm (Mon to Fri)
8am - 8pm (Sat & Sun)

 

If you can't dial 150, then please use 07953 966 250
