New phone arrived today 30.09.2019 but there was no watch with the delivery. Do I have to order it or will it be posted out to me

It's great to hear that your phone has arrived!
To get the watch, you will need to fill out a quick claim form with Samsung.
You will be emailed by Samsung when your claim is complete 🙂
