The network seems to be down on my phone. I am in Mallorca. It was working well until yesterday. The 4g disappeared and then whole network. I cannot call customer services as my phone isn't working. Please can someone help or let me have an email address to contact EE

@cehmitchell  there is no email address that you can use.  You’re also using a roaming network which is not operated by EE so EE cannot do anything about this.  If the network there is experiencing issues or they are doing mast upgrades or anything else then you’ll have to bear with it.

Have you tried restarting your phone to connect to a different local network?
