Usage in Ireland

I am in Ireland for a few days and have no connection on my UK EE. Does anyone know how to change the setting on my Motorola G8 to do this? Tried calling the mobile EE helpline but doesn't connect. Cheers

The answer depends if you're on PAYG or pay-monthly. PAYG phones are auto-enabled for roaming.

If you're on pay-monthly, you'll need to login to your myEE online account or app, choose "Usage Controls", and ensure the following two options are enabled;

1: International roaming

2: Call abroad & Premium rate
