Receiving Calls

I am not receiving all calls.

My wife tried calling me 20 times on Friday and none of them even rang through on my phone.

I put this down to signal is poor in my works office. But again today it isn't always working.

I have missed calls today whilst at home whilst on WiFi Calling or on 4G.

I will be contacting EE directly but this is not on. My wifes calls on Friday could have been an emergency.

Can you make outbound calls ok?

Is this problem apparent in all locations or just a specific one?

Yes I can .Ake calls with no issues.

It is happening in multiple locations

I have apparently missed that important call from DPD and apparently they left me a voicemail.

This issue really needs sorting. I can't call that DPD team directly they can only call me apparently.

Without knowing what's been discussed privately, I hope I'm not duplicating any advice here, but....

One check if all incoming calls are affected & CLI doesn't appear to be the cause, would be to toggle an unconditional divert on and then off.

Weirdly I got a text today from EE saying...
