I am unable to update my Amazon password or connect to my Alexa as both require a verification code from Amazon, spoke with Amazon who went through lengthy checks, all correct their end of they are saying EE need to remove blocks? I can see this has been raised before on the EE forum but can’t find any resolution posts

Yeah I have done all the blocked senders it's made no difference, still no receiving my OTP!
Amazon is the only site I have issues with, any other site that uses OTP's works perfectly fine! I do have Authenticator app but I can't access my Amazon account so I can't change the settings to get it set up.
